Escondido Beach is a hidden jewel with only 27 homes on the small street. It is located off of Pacific Coast Highway just south of Paradise Cove. The beach here is a dry, sandy walking beach most of the time. Recently, many of the homes have gone through renovations and remodels significantly increasing the property values along this small but mighty stretch of beach.
