Malibu Country Estates is in a very desirable area of Malibu. The area was developed in the 1970s. It is largely popular as a result of its close proximity to Pepperdine University, beaches, Malibu’s “downtown” shopping centers, stores, and local eateries. In addition, Pepperdine University offers membership to their Crest Club which allows usage of their facilities (tennis courts, gym, Olympic size pool, spa, track, etc.). The Malibu Country Estates location offers easy access to all of these amenities. Furthermore, Malibu Country Estates utilizes the Pepperdine Sewage Treatment Facility which is added value because most properties in Malibu are on individual septic systems. A majority of homes here have been upgraded and/or remodeled.
