Point Dume is well known for having expansive ocean and cliff view homes, native state parkland and has a very laid-back, Malibu community vibe. It is located on the west end of Malibu and is great if you are searching for a family home. Back in the day, most of the homes on Point Dume were original Malibu Ranch homes. Throughout the years many of the homes have been updated. There is beach access for those who have deeded beach rights through one of five access gates on Point Dume. Not all homes on Pt. Dume has these deeded beach rights. Pt. Dume is home to Malibu Elementary School. Malibu Middle School and Malibu High School are located in the Malibu Park community.
