Malibu Road is arguably one of the best places to buy a beach home because it is located off of Pacific Coast Highway with no highway noise and is centrally located near Pepperdine University and Malibu’s town center, within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and shops. There is a mix of “Old Road” Malibu beach homes and newer high-end luxury developments. The road is non-gated and begins just past homes accessed through the Malibu Colony gates. A recent notable sale on Malibu Rd sold for $57,300,000.
