Broad Beach is located on the north end of Malibu in close proximity to the Trancas shopping center, Malibu Park and Malibu Middle and High School. This stretch of beach is reminiscent of the east coast, “Hamptons” style of living. It is a non-gated community. Located off of Broad Beach you have Victoria Point Road and Sea Level Drive.
