Malibu Colony is a private, gated enclave off of Malibu Road with both beachfront and off beach homes. Because of its security, Malibu Colony has been a magnet for film, TV, and music personalities and industry executives. It was originally referred to as the Malibu Movie Colony and attracted many from the industry.
